A modern take on a classic style. Zac’s brew features Phantasm (grape skins from New Zealand) and pear puree. Hopped with specific hops to draw out the hidden thiols in the grain used, this brew comes across floral and sweet but with a classic ester profile found in German Hefeweizen yeasts.
