Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Sour delights the nose and pleases the palate with notes of toasted oak, vanilla, lemon curd, and green apples. Aged in bourbon barrels for 7 months and finished with fresh lemon peel this classy, copper-coloured brew possesses a punchy, wood-tannin structure and warming mouthfeel and is one of the many reasons why we're excited for autumn!
