DESCRIPTION

Another iteration of a project our head brewer has been working on. This batch swaps the flaked oats for flaked wheat and does not contain Lactose. Fermented with a lager yeast at ale temperature, this steam beer is light and sweet with a prominent bergamot and vanilla flavour profile from the cold steeped earl grey tea.
